We had a really nice Christmas in our very own home. It was so nice to have a place that was big enough to comfortably have family come and do Christmas with us. Since my parents are empty nesters, and we have their only grandkids in VA, of course we made sure they spent Christmas day with us, along with my brother, Orin. We loved having everyone over to open presents (mainly watch the kids open presents), and enjoy company. Here is what our morning looked like:
I have to say that our efforts (present-wise) combined with grandparents, and Santa, made for a Christmas that was borderline overboard. Now we know. It was a really wonderful Christmas, though, and it was so nice to share it with our families that we love so much!
