I have a good friend, Maddy, whose son is the same age as Ella (born 3 days later) and has figured out that when the red light blinks on the digital camera he is supposed to smile. So she has all of these wonderful shots of her little boy smiling a huge adorable smile! Ella has come up with the same trick... but opposite. She does this mean/what-the-heck-are-you-doing face whenever we take a "toy" away from her or tell her not to do something. The other morning Ella was being so playful and fun... laughing and screeching, so I wanted to capture the moment on the camera. Well, every time she saw the red light she gave me the face. It was so funny because seriously between EVERY shot she was laughing and smiling.

Lorel, this is hilarious! Isabelle enjoyed watching the little video. She loves to watch babies, even though she is one to! Wow, look how far you have come in the last couple of years. I was just thinking tha tnot too far back we were working at CMS and you were busy being single and crazy. Now look at you! Your place looks so cute and you seem to be doing great! It would be fun to get together now that we are both in VA. Who would have thought? Do you remember Sarah Bramwell from CMS? She is supposed to have a baby this month. Also, Chris Berbert and his wify are prego again, due in Feb. You should look them up on my blog. Anyways, long time no talk. You have an adorable daughter!
