Section J Shower and New Bedding!

Some of Craig's wonderful classmates threw a little "Section J" baby shower for me, another law students wife, and law student who are also expecting (the different "sections" in the law school are groups of first year law students who all share the same classes... after the first year, they can choose their own classes, but usually still are tight with their sectionmates). It was a lot of fun, with a lot of great girls, and we even got a few presents which I wasn't expecting! I also found out that a few of them blog stalk me... so to you girls - thanks for a great party!

Opening presents for baby boy!

and something else that was super exciting for me... and actually the highlight of my day today...

I went to Target today and they had a bunch of baby stuff on clearance. I found some amazing deals on baby boy bedding. I bought a crib skirt for $5, a bumper for $4, and a fitted sheet for $7. The sheet wasn't on sale, but went along with the other two things MUCH better than the one on sale. Pretty great deal, huh?! Let's be real - for those prices you can't be too picky, but it actually looks pretty cute! I know I definitely couldn't make bedding for that cheap!
